Cannot accept gift of Beyond Light expansion due to "Insufficient Privileges"
I was gifted Beyond Light on Steam but when I try to accept it it tells me "Insufficient Privileges." Did some research and found out others were having the same problem but were told to contact Bungie as Steam could not do anything.
