Transfer from Steam to Microsoft

I suppose it wasn't noticed globally, but Destiny 2 is now available on PC via Xbox store. I'm willing for my expansions to be transferred from Steam to Windows. I installed Steam (hate it) literally because of Destiny 2. Question: When?

xbox PC and steam are 2 separate companies. you would need to purchase any DLC on different platforms as each platform controls its own licenses.
