Parental Controls Bug
ALRIGHT... I've recently decided to get back into destiny 2 with the upcoming witch queen dlc and after reinstalling and troubleshooting many different things, and also checking my setting multiple times on the xbox as well as the microsoft live website, nothing is restricted and this is the first time ive ever had this problem..
Idk whats going on but I cant find any forums on this problem so I guess I'm the only one dealing with it..
I continuously get the "parental controls: You must have access to online multiplayer gameplay in order to play destiny 2. For more info visit help.bungie.net"
Why am I getting this, I've purchased and downloaded all the DLC for Destiny 2 and have gold membership on live since the xbox 360 release.. Can I please get some help with this.

1 Replyit wont let me use comms.every time i try to enable vc it turns off instantly cant use text chat and shop aswell.this comment is also being typed on an alt since it is giving me the message that my account does not meet the requirements to use this feature.

I got this too but it stopped after I forced my series x to restart.

4 RepliesWelp, I found out how to fix it, I went into my xbox settings once again, and my custom multiplayer settings were on everything unrestricted, so I decided to change them to adult default settings, which is exactly the same settings my custom had, and it decided to let me into the game. Idk what changed but hopefully this helps someone with the same issue as I had.
