Look man I gotta say this. Trials solo is not a thing. Trials is a team oriented game mode just like how PVE requires coordination, so does PVP. You solo queuing is whats weird.
Like yes, I completely understand sometimes friends aren’t available, sometimes u rather just play solo. In that case you are just going to have to play trials how it is. The flawless pool to me makes zero sense. It completely makes playing afterwards an actual chore rather than challenge. LFG, play with friends, or just don’t play I guess. Solo queuing trials is like solo queen a raid or a gm nightfall.

Then why is there a solo Que at all then? How is it weird that solo players are using a solo Que that was put there for the purpose to play solo? Solo players are irritated because our first match on Friday is 3 stack and the the second same thing. Then we are told “oh flawless Que is on Sunday and Monday so if you don’t want to get t-bagged play those days if you are solo”. So as a solo player my weekend is moved to Sunday Monday now? Assuming I somehow don’t have to go to work or school Monday?

They put solo queuing in because the amount of people who wanted it. Does that change the core setting for trials being a team oriented mode? No it doesnt. Solo queuing is not for the faint hearted. Its not easy unless you’re pretty good at the game or get really good matchmaking. Its like if they put in raid or gm nightfall matchmaking. You could possibly still beat it but its not meant for that. Communication, coordination, etc is pretty useful in trials.

Personal experience is considered doesn't trump factual data however. The mode is likely to die in its current state if it continues to lose players unless people feel the loot is rewarding enough to simply be pillow for top players family jewels. But then how is going flawless.. prestigious [b]at all[/b] in this scenario?

Never said you couldn’t do it. Probably should’ve worded it better though. I meant that solo players shouldn’t expect to have fun or do well it a team oriented game mode.

Yeah I did, like how you are expecting to have fun and arent having any. Its not a solo game mode. Just look at the descriptions for trials. If you’re solo queuing with no communication then expect to have a challenge. This isn’t casual bro. Like seriously, this is the pinnacle PVP activity. Get a fireteam or LFG. Or kee solo queuing and get what you get.

Dont dangle a carrot over solo players telling them to come play this mode there’s a Que for you but don’t expect to have fun. Come get t bagged and curbed stomped until Sunday and Monday. Oh you work Monday? too bad “get good” or “lfg”. This is the attitude that’s gonna kill this game mode. Honestly I think it serves some of you elitist right. A solo freelance Que will not solve everything and it won’t mean flawless for solos but it means some enjoyment. Either you don’t get this because you like having an easier time with your team or your an elitist.

I agree there shouldn’t be one, but like I said. This is endgame pinnacle PVP. I dont know why anyone expected anything else than that. Trials itself was always a difficult game mode to go flawless in, now people expect a solo queue to eliminate any problems that it had previously?

Get a lfg did you say that aswell. I guarantee any lfg for trials starts with be good have 1.5 kd min,will check. End game destiny pvp has two categories. Be a try hard or be cannon fodder. When end game pvp is in its current state it will lose a big chunk of its player base as the biggest portion of its player base is the casuals.and it will always be in this state as long as the format stays as it is. The skill gap is to big and will always be a problem until it moves to a league based format.

Thats endgame PVP. Its not like PVE where you face bots that you can predict their moves. This is you vs another human that can be better than you. Im not insane at this game. I get dunked on teams constantly. Its WAY better than what it used to be, but at the end of the day uts still a endgame pvp activity.

Yeah and bungie tried to entice the casuals back into the end game pvp and most of them casuals are not putting up with the 1-15 win loss ratio and going back to what they enjoy. It didn’t take long to go back to what it’s always been about which is Kurb stomping for the top 1%. Personally I don’t care as I’ve never been a big fan of pvp so it can go any way it wants.for me I play destiny for the pve aspect and if I want a pvp experience I will boot up a game that is built for pvp

Exactly. PvP isn’t perfect by any means. This is my pass time till BF2042 or halo comes out. They didnt do solo queue for the casuals though, its for the solo community. Which some are and some aren’t casuals.

Never said you shouldn’t have fun nor that I dont want you to. I said you shouldn’t expect fun…because you know…its not a solo players game mode.

I've been flawless when I cared enough about it... GMs arent hard either, might gild my conquerer this season... Maybe once I have more chances of being able to get on the mic, ill have interest in running raids, other than that, none of the end game is end all, be all. Neither is any of it unobtainable. And maybe....making assumptions isn't your thing... Anyway, carry on with your gatekeeping 🤘

Trials is an endgame PVP activity. Not meant for solos. Is it unobtainable as a solo player? No. Because people who are 1. Good and 2. Lucky are able to make it. Clearly you are not either of them. And neither am I. Which is why I, (like many others with common sense) run with teams.

Don't think you should be talking about common sense, since you don't appear to understand that; 1. Not every player is gunning for flawless and therefore doesn't need to or have to run stacked etc. 2. It is possible to have fun, even when you're losing. Again, as I have mentioned previously, fun is something that is different from person to person Just because those notions may be alien to you, doesn't mean they aren't true. Have a good one! 👋
