Couple of questions.
1. How official is it?
2. How exactly does bungie rig it so a guy has a better chance of winning if they stream it?
3. If i decide to stream tonight for the first time ever, is that an insta win for me, because i guess id be a streamer now?

You need 20 million followers and get them to donate 50k to your stream on the first night, then you'll be entered into the Bungie preference pool.
