Add solo options to everything.
Freelancing is one of my favorite things in this game. Freelance Iron Banner was the greatest thing to come to this game since No Land Beyond. Beyond that, I think there should be more solo options. Ones where you don't "need to find a team". I know bungie has always wanted this to be a "better either friends" kind of game and that's awesome. I've truly met some great people in lfg. Sometimes I just don't want to play with others. Whenever I do that, there are so many times in the strike playlist that I'll just be there to spend time or just play casually but I can't. Why? Well, it's because some jackwagon keep running past all the enemies to the next encounter, not killing anything at all and just making it all de-spawn. Then I have to catch up and waste my time in a chasing simulator. If I had the option to not matchmake for playlist strikes I'd be able to take that step back and hear the dialog, see the world that the creators made for us. It could give me a chance to see how my play style is and have it be influenced by my teams loadout. Now I am not saying to get rid of anything at all, I just want the ability to take it all in once in a while.

I think the only thing that really needs freelance, but doesn't have is gambit. If your good enough you can carry a team in any crucible mode, but you cant a gambit team by yourself.

To add: Maybe something that you have the option to go into matchmaking and also to start solo. Now I don't mean any end game activities like raids or 1v3 Trials. I mean something more like being the only player in playlist strikes. Even things like grandmaster nightfalls have been completed solo. I probably should've made the point of it all that being able to go into strikes solo would be nice.

8 RepliesNot to be an -blam!- but that's not gonna happen and shouldnt. You can't raid in freelance it's too much arsing around trying to get everyone to out mics on and then stay for the time needed. Trials is getting a freelance mode but will still benefit from teams using mics and communicating. Strikes doesn't need a freelance mode nor does casual crucible. Gambit needs removing so no point adding one there .raids it's a no no. Strikes/crucible is a no no Gambit remove it so a no no The only modes that need them have them. Comp, iron banner and trials for those who aren't willing to spend a few minutes looking for a team in lfg.

Funny, I heard a colossal amount of complaints last week about iron banners freelance. Strikes tho man that would be fun. Especially for the ones that don’t have enough enemies to kill
