Is there any other way to leave a clan?
I've been stuck in a clan since the big server switch over to steam etc, and I think it bugged out a little the clan shows 2 members but I'm the only one in the roster and as I'm also the founder I am unable to leave, I would select someone else to lead but as I am the only one in the roster and I can't seem to select the other member (since they don't appear) I'm a little lost as to what to do.

The other members are likely battle.net accounts which is why they are there, but not visible. What you'll have to do is create a burner account on one of the supported platforms and then send a clan invite to that account. On the burner account accept the clan invite. Once the burner account is in the clan promote it to Admin, then to Founder. Once the burner account is Founder this profile should be able to exit the clan.
