PS5 controller functionality
Please consider the following upgrades/enhancements
Probably not the first to ask this, but here goes!
- let ghost and other comms go over the PS5 controller speaker.
- add option to use PS5 controller mic/speaker in stead of headset

I use the built in mic and speaker in my PS5 controller instead of a headset 90% of the time already.

1 ReplyI thought this was about taking advantage of the dualsense trigger Has far has certain sounds coming out of the controller, The Division did that great with PS4 controllers

1 ReplyThe controller speaker and microphone is pretty scuffed imo. It's makes for terrible annoying audio for your team mates as well (I can constantly hear you controller clicking and clacking)

2 RepliesIf other controllers besides ps5 had variable tigers i could see weapons that behaved differently based on trigger pull. When inevitably collective minds comes out with a ps5 mod pack look forward to seeing presets that use half draw for semi auto or burst fire and full draw for full auto..... playstation professes to be trying to prevent mod kits but it's only a matter of time.

That's why the update from ps4 to ps5 wasnt anything major. Personally I think they need to invest more time making the ps5 version better and take full advantage of the controller and other features. As you mentioned the speaker on the ps5, in other games will output audio,say you got a radio call or you collected an intelligence, the audio will come out of the controller speaker if done correctly it's kinda neat/cool. Hope they will eventually do this sooner rather than later. Speaking of ps5 controller I want to have a separated button for our melee and knife throw/smoke bombs. It's still annoying
