Not really much of an issue, but since there're some glitches and bugs with triumphs and / or seasonal challenges this season as well, it might be relevant. The Triumph for completing the Ager's Scepter Catalyst unlocked early for me. When I got the Triumph I was at 91% of the Catalyst Kills.
