I accidentally put the wrong account as my main for cross save
I was doing this on my phone and didn't see that it was attached to my psn, which has nothing on it, and when it kicked me from my game I immediately started to panic. Thinking I lost all my characters. Is there a possible way to change the main account for cross save so I don't have to start over?

Do not touch anything if you try and unlink you will be locked out for 90 days. Use the contact form at the bottom of the link I have provided. [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049498031]Cross save[/url]

1 ReplyEdited by Dopefriik: 9/30/2021 8:39:31 AMGo [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]here[/url], scroll down, and click the "Submit Request" button at the bottom, and fill out the form, stating that you need your cross save primary account changed from PS to XBOX. In the meantime, DO NOT disable cross save, as that will trigger a 90-day lockout until you can turn it back on, and there is no way around the 90 days. You will have to wait it out.
