Corrupted eggs still bugged from a long time ago
Just finished my corrupted eggs for dreaming city did 39 of them on my hunter and 1 on my titan and did not get the exotic sparrow drop. Can this be fixed sometime? Its been awhile... was not aware of the bug until after I finished it.

You can try and record yourself going there and checking all the egg locations (eg I am not aware which egg# is where in that challenge). If it is in one of these locations: good for you. If not you have video to support your claim note: the triumph activates before the 40th now (for unknown reasons) but you still need all 40 for the sparrow
