Hey there, what's that quest at the top left of the first screenshot? Isn't it asking you to collect 'parallax trajectory' (trayectories paralaje) which can be picked up this week from Tangled Shore or from activities? That quest step is part of the seasonal questline and appears after doing Astral Alignment but before asking you to do Shattered Realm.

Then maybe that's it and i was having a huge mental breakdown. I always played so much that i always had that step completed instantaneously. I'm going to complete it and see what happens. Going to feel so stupid if it's that
