Cannot reset my flawless card due to not being able to turn it .
I can not reset my flawless card. I didn't turn it in on week 1 and now i can't reset it to remove the flawless. In order to turn it in i have to have the adept weapon in collections and i only have the sharyias wrath adept. Please help as i have tried everything including resetting switching char. And resetting. Everytime i pick up another card it still shows flawless. This has been a problem for two weeks and needs to be adressed please!

The flawless box is checked by default (even if you haven’t gone flawless). That just indicates you are still eligible for flawless rewards.
