Ive watched the youtube video of this quest and there are a few things around this area that you have to inspect. After you have inspected all the items, the quest has you go back to the H.E.L.M. The problem with my game is that I have inspected all of these items and the quest will not update so if I go to the H.E.L.M there is nothing for me to do there regarding the quest. There is also a quest under the quest tab in the menus called, "Beneath the Great Machine" which I should have but I do not. I have tried restarting my game, my pc, internet and I can not figure out what I need to do to fix this.
