I also have this issue, I know this post might be outdated, and you might already have your ring.
My main issue is that I have sent customer service requests, for both the DSC Jacket (Which I have thankfully got, but there was never a reply for), and the ring(Which I've sent a couple, One before they apparently wiped the system in September, and two after, requesting to be able to get an update, since I might be away when they send the ring). I have never been able to get an update from Customer Service.
I still have the email that says: [quote]If you have not received your order, we will send you regular status updates via email starting next week.

This was with the Spoils of Ishtar emblem. Which was sent the 20th of September, and have never received this email update mentioned.
While I get this stuff takes time (Only one other person out of 5 that I know who order the DSC jacket has received it), I'm still getting really worried that I won't be able to know when my ring will ship, and if it does ship while I am away, if it will be safe.
