Exotic cypher disappeared
So last week, friday (17/09/21) I picked up an exotic cypher from Xur and I then proceeded to play two crucible games, after that I noticed the quest had disappeared. I checked the past quest kiosk and the post master and it wasn't there. I then went to Xur the next week (today 25/09/21) and I noticed that Xur isn't offereing the Exotic cypher quest and I have no idea why. Please help, thanks.

Xur won’t offer it again for that character if it got deleted/abandoned/lost…nor does it go to kiosk. Your option now is to create new character & get/complete the quest on that new character. Then your original character will be offered it again the following week.
