Trials suspension from network errors
Why is it you get 30 min suspension from trials if you hit network errors a couple times? Twice during match making I got booted when we were entering the game and now I am suspended. I got one win left to finish my card, it’s so dumb. Destiny should be able to recognize when you hit a network error vs. quit out on purpose.

1 ReplyDo they even punish you for leaving? I feel your pain. I get it. Just try to get your network fixed. I know some have no choice but, I hope you get it solved.

8 RepliesYou will have been reported for lagging. Bungie will have investigated and checked your game logs and found the reports were correct so have imposed a 2-week restriction. These 2 weeks will enable you to fix the issues causing your bad connection. If you do nothing your next will be 2 months. If you would like advice on how to improve your connection and to better enable those who can help you would you mind providing the following? Please be 100% honest with your answers. Who is your ISP? Wi-Fi or wire? Laptop or desktop, Console? What are your ups and down speeds? [url=https://www.speedtest.net/]Test here[/url] Are you using a hotspot connection? What is your ping? What is your packet loss? How many people use your connection? How many items are connected like computers, consoles, tablets, phones, TVs, and household appliances, etc?
