I went to the exotic kiosk to try and get the Ticuu's Divination bow and it said it required season 13 and to purchase the Digital Deluxe Upgrade which I had done and so after purchasing I'm still not able to claim the weapon from the kiosk and also still tells me I need to buy the Digital Deluxe Upgrade even though I already bought it. I feel like I'm wasting my money at this rate and it's really anooying me.
