Hi there. Try these troubleshooting tips: • If you got Beyond Light by subscribing to Xbox Game Pass, check that your subscription status is still active. • If you bought the DLC with another account and were game sharing it to the one you play on, you may need to reshare it (or if it was shared from someone else, you'll need to contact them). • If you bought the Beyond Light DLC as a standalone or a bundle purchase on the same account you play the game, [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content]try restoring your licenses[/url]. • If trying to restore your license doesn't work, please contact your platform's Support service for help regaining your license. • If you bought Beyond Light on one platform and are using Cross Save to play your characters on a different platform, Cross Save doesn't transfer DLCs. You would need to purchase Beyond Light on the platform you're on to access the content there.
