got a steam account hacked and now I cant uncross save it
My old steam account was hacked and i could never get it now i cant un link it because u have to authenticate it but i cant because i don't have access to that account

You will have to work with Steam to regain access to your account. The authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
