I have been trying to contact the Bungie Customer Service about an order of mine, however I did not recieve any answer. Therefore, I have been trying to contact them again and again but it has been a few weeks now and I didn't recieve any answer yet.
I am starting to become nervous and desperate because they haven't answered any of my e-mails. I don't know whether they will answer me when I write them again so I decided to write here in hope that someone can help me and it couldn't hurt to try.
So if anyone can give me an idea what to do know or tell me something like they always need that long to responde, I'd be so very grateful.

Same! Sent a request on August 24th and I'm still waiting for an answer. Something's stuck in my cart and I've missed on a bunch of stuff because of it. Worst customer service ever (I work in customer service), people waiting for months is unacceptable. :(

Same here got my deep stone raid jacket on order in december 2020 it still has not arrived yet i sent a email to them near the end of last month but still no answer it say on the item order that thay ship in september thru october if it arrive by then good if not bungie need to invest more in it custmer service or start paying out the item s order at a better rate when there order over X amount of time before hand

I'm having the same issue as well, I've emailed them like 3 times and I've heard nothing back, I tried even using another email for the 3rd time to see if there's any difference, my problem was that I bought the VoG Art Print but it still hasn't arrived after so long and I still got charged.

3 RepliesMe too man it sucks, I ordered a t shirt to get 3 emblems and accidentely put the wrong email and cant get my codes. I made a help ticket about a week and a half ago and still no response. I paid for the items and arent able to recieve them its kind of some BS
