Characters randomly deleting themselves

Hey as the title says it my characters are being deleted randomly. It has been one character every update to the game. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and it dose not fix it. I play in xbox, dose anyone know anything to help me out??

It sounds like someone may be messing with you. I'd certainly change my XBox password. Also, consider enabling 2-Factor Authorization. Good luck!

Characters can only be deleted by users ingame.
