I cannot get the xenology quest from Xur on any of my characters.
I've checked my quest log, the quest kiosk, even my vault on all my characters and I do not have the quest or anyway to get the quest. I don't know if I'm missing something or there's a bug with the quest but it is rather annoying.

If what Crisidelm said applies, the only way to acquire the Xenology quest is by creating a fresh character; completing it on that characters should then restore it for all other characters.

Edited by Crisidelm: 9/17/2021 10:15:51 PMIf you discarded previous Xenology quests, then that's why. If you have discarded it for every one of your characters, then you've locked yourself out of it.
