I'm at my wits end at this point. I know the topic only loosely fits this thread, but here I go.
I've messaged the Bungie Store customer support twice, with no other answer other than the confirmation emails from 'zendesk'.
I received a raid ring that in no way fits the size I ordered. The one I received is smaller in radius than my pinky finger, which means it's of little use to me. I ordered a size 7(17.3mm), which also fits the size of my own ring that I'm currently wearing. The one I received, however, is smaller than a size 5(15.6mm)
So yea. Literally any guidance/tips is welcomed. I feel like I paid enough for the product that I'm allowed to complain about receiving the incorrect order...

Im having the same issue with the bungie store customer support. I’ve contacted them 3 times about my raid ring asking for updates on its delivery. All I get is a conformation from zendesk. All I know is that my ring is shipped and that I paid for 2-4 shipping for it and it’s been little over a month since it’s shipping.

I'm in a similar situation - jacket pocket button broke on brand new jacket. Submitted support ticket in July with no response and no other way to contact them. At this point all we can do is warn people not to buy from them.
