For the record: I have all of these exotics. Got 3 1KV in my first 9 runs, EoT on my 2nd run, and Vex on my 2nd run. I have been blessed by RNG... but I know many have not, and they deserve some help. Let's face it, these weapons have been out for long enough, now. Time to just let people buy them at the Kiosk. Same deal as before: 240 spoils, Cipher, crapton of mats and glimmer. I am aware that the Raid exotics in the archive are from the vaulted raids. That isn't the point. The point is that there just isn't a consistent method for players to get these exotics anymore, especially after a raid has been made obsolete by the arrival of a new one. Last Wish has been out for 3 years, Garden for 2, and DSC for 1. But the number of players who run these three raids combined us less than the number who currently run Vault. Why? Because there's hardly any merit to it. They are "outdated" This creates an issue for new emerging players, where they will most likely not be able to get some of these raid exotics if they tried to grind them outside of their prime window (the window at which the raid actually gives you loot that is scaled to your power level). [b][u]TL;DR the longer you took to join the chase for these exotics, the less likely you are to be able to get them now that the raids they come from aren't relevant anymore.[/u][/b] But either way something needs to be done. Nobody runs Garden of Salvation anymore, let alone a Div run. Eyes of Tomorrow has been out for a year now, and some people STILL can't get it after 100+ runs, and Vex has been out long enough that Bad Luck protection should at least be enabled by now. Even if you don't want to Vendor Vex yet, at least turn on BLP after a season.
