Can I link my bungie account to a new PSN account
Okay so my friend can't log in to his PSN he cant reset his password because his phone blah its a whole thing (he has reached out to PSN and is trying to resolve it) But if he cant can his bungie be linked to another PSN account to save his characters and progress

1 ReplyCharacters are tied to the platform accounts, not Bungie.net profiles. So no he can't migrate in any manner his characters and game progress from PSN account #1 to PSN account #2.
