PS4 to PS5 Witch Queen DLC
If I have purchased the Witch Queen Deluxe edition on the PS4 store and purchase a PS5 before it launches 22.2.22, will this still download okay or is there a difference in the DLC that has been purchased?

You just need to sign in with the same account used to make the purchase and the DLC will be available to download on 2/22/22.
