So I've attempted to crossplay the Prophecy dungeon with a buddy on Playstation but I don't seem to be able to hear or speak in fireteam chat? I play on a Series X Xbox and as far as I know I shouldn't have to enable any special settings in order to access crossplay chat? N.B. had a third player with us who was on A Series X Xbox as well. They did not seem to run into this issue and was able to chat with our Playstation friend with no problems.
