The Corrupted NF is still bugged a year later.
Me and my friends were doing Master NF of the Corrupted, killed the same amount of champions twice, got gold once, and plat once. This has been the same issue for a year now, maybe fix it or just remove the corrupted from the NF strike list. Please, it sucks to finally have palindrome in the loot pool and not be able to get it because of some stupid bug.

I've done every guided conqueror but this nightfall and exodus crash is the most cheesy bullshit mechanics ever. no about skill and teamwork because of the time-gated boss and takes forever. i would rather do glassway 5 times than those two.

1 ReplyWell the ogre boss room has 2 taken champions hidden in the upper level that are the reason no one is getting platinum if you melt the taken ogre both Instantly despawn its not bugged they just go away immediately after bruty dies

The champions in the oger room despawn if you dont kill them before your cast away.

Given the fact that this strike is bugged, like pretty much everything else in this game, it should’ve been taken out of the rotation immediately. Period. It is next to impossible to get all the champions to get platinum. But no. Let’s knowingly keep it there since its only creating an issue for the end users. All of us. That’s why there is a XP boost and the Palindrome is among the rewards. To justify the fact that a broken strike is active and to act as a feeble attempt to incentivize us to run NF’s anyway. If the NF was dropping extra rewards this week, in error or as part of a bug, it would’ve been taken out of the rotation and replaced immediately. This is what is most frustrating for the player, and sadly, Bungie is either oblivious or just doesn’t give a crap.

1 ReplyIt sucks too because it really isn't that difficult of a strike imo. It's just getting scammed on your loot after wasting your time there is what sucks. Unless they fix it, I will not participate in the GM version of the NF either.

10 RepliesThey could honestly just remove this strike from the game. If you ask what the most hated strike in D2 is most people are going to say the corrupted. It's long, boring, and has an extremely cheap boss.

People still don't know to pass the relic, want to try run past enemies(and die doing so), ignore ads while throwing the relic 3x per miniboss which can lead to a team wipe where you then have to leave and start over because it still bugs out and you can't interact to restart the encounter.

It is honestly the worst. A champion that will randomly spawn in to nowhere no matter how long you take in the ogre room. Wearing two concussive dampeners and the sword damage reduction mod and still getting booped at 8457mph back to Caital's land tank on Nessus and now Sedia gets her shield back randomly and regains health if you deal too much damage. We even had the relic decide to switch back and forth to the other side of the room in the boss first phase and not in sequence with Sedia's rotation. The strike is not fun at all. No wonder they doubled XP this week.

Literally the only reason I ran it twice this week was to get horrors least for the dreaming city collection. Luckily it dropped 2nd run. On adept.

The Corrupted is the Telesto of Strikes; it'll always be bugged. They should just remove it and give Horror's Least to Petra to sell for the players who need it for the Seal.

Today alone, the lift didn't come and the balls of light didn't come. Had to quit so many times. This is garbage.

The glitch where dying in the first Sedia boss room causes you to spawn forever in a kill zone is still there. Also, yesterday my team killed the normal ogre first, then died, and we all got stuck in the normal ogre room. There was no portal and no way to progress, so we had to wipe.

IIRC during the Ogre fight it spawns champs in on a timer. That should be changed IMO as it leads to BS gold runs.

They 100% intentional that they put the most desired item in the worst NF in rotation. Not even gonna bother this week. Pointless for too much headache to not get anything.

Absolutely -blam!- strike on master and hardly worth the effort seeing as most runs take an average of 25 minutes and don’t even drop platinum rewards due to the bug. This strike leaves me with the same sensation as post nut clarity, the realization that it probably wasn’t worth it and me feeling tired. I think at this point I’d rather do glassway for palindrome than this doo doo strike.

8 RepliesWell considering the regular palindrome is inferior to its adept brother you are wasting time anyway. You should know by now especially with as buggy as this season has been thus far that it wasn't gonna change.
