I personally have played a long time and admit most of the issues are easily solved via looking at how the names are portrayed the meta is usually the issue warlock gets lots of on kill melee abilities instead of on hit we get forced to play dawnblade or get categorized as a sweat for merely surviving vs r1 spam hunter taking admittedly no skill accept aiming a direction hunter usually does get nerfs but very non effective ones I personally played hunter a bit and got a 50 bomb with knives with no real trouble its a lot harder to do that on warlock as a warlock our melee is slow and weak compared to one punch hunter and titan. And warlock does not feel like a caster more like a hunter with slight advantages in magic as for titan I feel they have too much barricades and no cool down issues in pvp but all of this is changed via seasonal artifact changes really the characters all feel weak unless a artifact says so

6 RepliesShatterdive and glacier have been nerfed 10x. So please...stop your lies. They are very obvious. And its been proven multiple times that hunter get nerfed the most and the fastest every time.
-
Warlocks get nerfed but titans get it worse. Hunters are the devs favourite , you didn't know?
-
3 RepliesUm, arc sprites are ridicous
-
5 RepliesYet Icarus reigned supreme since it’s change until just last season 🤦♂️ And Geomag Chaos Reach wasn’t touched till last season either… Shatterdive has already taken plenty of nerfs as well. Make your argument make sense…
-
Hunters have been getting nerfed since day 1 of D1. So come back when everything you’ve ever had has got a nerf.
-
I don’t have the answers to what would allow diversity as well as fun and fair gameplay. But I can tell that no one else here does either. This is just a stupid contest where everyone is a winner.
-
2 RepliesBecause most streamers are hunters and cool gameplay sells more copies ... Streamers only switch to warlock if they deem something OP then drop 50 kills with it (which they would have with any other class) and then everyone overuses it until it gets nerfed. Then they are back to their hunters... Bungie hates warlocks ...

*Well of radiance and Top tree Dawn enter the chat*

12 RepliesHey Warlocks how about you give us titans our air dash back? Remember Twilight Garrison? We had that first and had to sacrifice an exotic slot for it. You guys can do it for free. Remember the bubble? Ward of dawn? Your Well of Radiance is that but better. Remember Fist of Havoc? Integrated into Stormtrance as Landfall.

At D2 Warlock is the class that i have most hours played, every new content, it's the class i open things, so she..(yeah my warlock it's a beautyful blond 🤤🤤) anyway..I'm really enjoying hunter, I'm testing builds see what works, besides shatterdive, i really like combos with skip grenades (shinobu vow), but nothing i mean nothing is as satisfying as Clark Kent one shot Bosses, that's the coolest thing at destiny at the moment.
-
Mithoclast is very strong, and this forum ignores as well so let's keep this cold war, and you leave shatterdive alone. 👍
-
8 RepliesBecause most pvp players are Hunters. Shatterdive is fine. I’m just tired of Warlock abilities constantly getting broken to keep pvp players “happy”.
-
gonna give you what iv experienced i play all 3 classes hunters are the bungie golden boy for as much as they mains want to complain titans more times than not are getting shafted crap exotics or nerfs warlocks have felt like the middle child some seasons get screwed but others are pretty cool every class is suppose to play and feel deferent that being said it does feel unfair wen certain aspects of the game seam to favor classes like well and bubble are pretty similar but bubble goes away wen you kill the titan well does not titans are meant to be tanky yet everyone has the same hp when you have the same resilience warlocks are meant to be mystical but stats call your cooldowns hunters are meant to be agile but with max mobility we all run the same speed imo the game would be better if there was some class difference besides which one hits the hardest
-
4 Replies0 upvotes with a million comments is why. They think everything is fine because there are enough hunter mains to keep everything of theirs quiet. while hunters complain about geo mag chaos reach or titan so-called broken stasis melee. Or complain about OEM while the mob is worse.
-
3 RepliesPeople saying Warlocks are best at PvP...... lol you can tell who's a salty Hunter main who doesn't want to feel what Warlocks have been feeling throughout the game. Sorry your OP shatterdrive could potentially (probably not tho bc Bungie worships Hunters) get nerfed. Feel our pain.
-
3 RepliesTop Tree Dawnblade and Radiant Dance Machines disprove your theory
-
Well I blame most of that on the community. Remember when the clowns in the community started chanting about ability spam? What class is the only class that rely solely on abilities to be effective? I don't care for shatterdive and its not impossible to stop so I don't care for it to be nerfed because at thatbppint it won't work but you have a point. Why is it that warlocks get the harshest and most build crippling nerfs with no work around. It takes 2 freezes and 2 pulses to kill with our super, the tracking is slower and inconsistent, and the melee wind up is too slow.
-
3 RepliesYou mentioned hunters? Bungie: we're buffing hunters again You: wha..? Bungie: Double buffed You: ..but Bungie: Triple Buffed You:.... Bungie: you want quadruple buff? Huh? Fk it, consider it quadruple buffed.
-
23 Repliesit's always been that way. Hunters got to keep Spectral Blades at full power for ages, while Warlock had Nova Warp nerfed 12 times in the first 2 months. Shadebinder practically lost their melee after less than 2 weeks, but Hunters get a free insta-kill-in-every-situation for Revenant. And while shatterdive itself has been nerfed, and the nade has changed a bit too, and shatter damage as well, the way each of those things works together hasn't. A hunter can still just run up, nade, hop 1 inch off the ground, and dive to insta-win, and with max discipline and stacking their revenant and armor for ability regen, they can have their nade up 100% of the time, so it's a truly FREE kill. Hunters never get nerfed in any way that matters. Sure, they get a lot of nerfs too, but it never amounts to anything because those nerfs never impact the things that make them broken.

9 RepliesI know. Any time hunters have something good bungie let’s it be that way for as long as can be, but when either other class has something insane it takes them at most a season or two to ruin it for them. Oh but warlocks have an air dodge wahhhh Icarus dash isn’t even as good as everyone claims it to be. It’s sure a hell nice to have, but what makes it feel insane is combining it with shotguns and rushing people down since it lets them move faster for a couple seconds. It’s not the dash that is insane, it’s the -blam!- meta that is! I stopped playing my warlock because they’re easily the worst pvp class, with some little tricks they can use to feel competitive slightly. Well they have the highest win rate on top tree dawn blade, so clearly it’s good!!! Like I said, it’s the meta that makes it feel good. You nerf the meta and the subclass is instantly garbage. Chaos reach is cool, but it has next to zero damage resistance, nearly zero movement, and a short duration. Thunder crash is just better. More damage resistance, easier to track people down with, easier to kill with. This community has a skewed understanding of what is good and what the meta forces. I’d like to see shotguns become terrible just to see top tree dawn blade never used again to prove my point.

The double standards are BS.
Lmao hand held super novas are still crazy strong.. the getaway artist gauntlets make a ton of weapons a 1hk and are very annoying to play against.. it's funny how much people cry about shatterdive..
-
15 RepliesEdited by KalelKryptonian: 9/16/2021 2:39:18 AMWell first you're lucky you're not titans they get it worse then both of you. Careful, can't speak badly about the meta devs favourite, Hunters, when 2/3 of the player base is hunter because of the mobility advantage . You will lose
-
2 RepliesQuit whining already ffs
-
6 RepliesShatter dive isn't the problem. Glacier Grenades aren't the problem. Small map design that allows constant close quarter engagement is the problem.
-
1 ReplyIf your still getting killed by shatter dive thaen thats a you problem
