Horror's Least dropping from Nightfall with 0 power level
Pulse rifle is dropping from Nightfall with 0 power level and no info. at all in the power lvl/power cap/seasonal cap section. Bungie just add the infinity symbol and remove the cap off of strike specific weapons...thanks!

Just had one drop for me too. *Tried to use it and it was like shooting a tank with a dollar store water gun* 😝😂

It's so people can finish the curse breaker title. This strike comes round so rarely it's been made a common drop.

Seems to be a bug. Lol. Pretty funny seeing a 0 light level weapon. Next season I would assume it would go back to a cap since they raise all items each season!
