Synthweave Templates Missing
This morning, I purchased 1000 silver to get the 5 synthweave templates for transmog. After purchasing the synthweave, I went to my inventory where they were in the “wrapped gifts” section of the inventory page. Once I opened the synthweave templates from my inventory, they just… disappeared.
I know I didn’t accidentally click refund because my silver balance is no longer at 1000. Ive tried logging off and waiting, going to Ada-1 and the loom, but nothing has worked thus far. Any input or solutions to fixing this would be appreciated.

If you open your customisation screen, the one that lets you create the universal ornaments, it should show the synthweave templates at the top, along with the 3 kinds of class-specific synthweave. Are they there?
