What really gets me is there isn't a single apology here I haven't been able to play a game I purchased on a supported OS for what will be a full month because they didn't do ANY testing and they haven't even owned up to that it was their fault let alone make even an attempt at apologizing for it. This is extremely unprofessional and they should be ashamed at what happened and people are out here saying they understand and take their time. At this point I just want a refund I don't WANT to play a game where the company is this bad at fixing things and is this unprofessional treating their player base.

  • This might seem petty of me, but the lack of apologies or even acknowledgment really hurts. All the TWAB and patch notes and all are full of jokes like "can you guys believe what Telesto did this time?", meanwhile we're unable to launch the game, and there's not a peep about that.
