how to farm for umbrals?

this season rather than running out of the seasonal currency ive been running out of umbral engrams, so is there anyway to consistently farm for them?

Just run Strikes or PvE activities. They're completely random drops, but I seem to get more in Astral Ascendency and Nightfalls.
