I completed Ada-1’s quest to unlock all the materials and procedures to acquire armor. I have the materials and yet when I hover over armor pieces to “unlock” them using synth weave plate it doesn’t allow me to. This problem is happening on all three of my characters since this went live. There was a glitch for Titans trying to complete the quest back when the system went live but it’s since been fixed and I still cannot access this feature.
