BUG: Text Chat window set to ALWAY on
Text chat window is always on when starting up Destiny 2. Each time, I have to go into the gameplay settings and chage Auto-Hide to On. Default is Off. The setting isn't saving to my account or profile or whatever, so everytime I load the game up, I have to change that setting.
Can you have the Auto-Hide default set to On?

2 RepliesFind your destiny settings save file and set properties to read and write then exit... Then launch destiny and put your settings the way you like them and then minimise destiny and go back to that file and set it to read only. This will freeze all your settings so they wont change when you start the game. After you've done that if you ever want to make a permanent change to the settings again you will have to repeat the process. Theres videos on youtube on how to do it. YouTube something like... destiny 2 stop settings from changing.
