Valve have been working with easy anti cheat and battle eye for a while now and since destiny now uses battle eye (guessing the old anti cheat is removed as well) will we ever get support through proton or even native. I know bungie through recent years has been very anti Linux and I get it it's more work for them at the end of the day for a small number of players but with the steam deck and a big adoption of Linux recently I wonder if there going to. I really want destiny on Linux it's the only thing holding me from fully switching I currently run Windows and Linux in dual boot but it is just pointless if majority of the time I'm on windows just to play games.
