The Story so far (Best storytelling of Destiny 1-2 with (Narration)
[b]The Complete Story of Destiny! From Origins to Shadowkeep [Timeline and Lore explained][/b]
Personally i have been away quite a while regarding Destiny 2, and as it happens i also have missed out on several episodes of this game.
Well i have not thought much about it and i also thought the story behind Destiny 1 - 2 was meh at best.
"[b]My Name if Byf[/b]" changed my opinion completely!
I have known his channel a long time, but not that he approached and pulled of this monumental undertaking collecting Destiny lore and piece it all together in a "Watchable" and easy to digest kind of way.
Mind you it's over 3hours long, but well worth the time i can assure you!
Byf deserves all the recognition we can muster cause thanks to him and his team, my flame for Destiny is lit anew!
So much content, such great story and so much we all have experienced together that shall nor should not be allowed to be forgotten!
Check his channel out on Youtube and give it a Like, it's older content and i'm sure many of you already knows about this, but this can not be repeated or bumped enough times!
Here's enough story and content for Bungie to make a motion picture, and i hope they do, but without woke, political and greedy agendas.

So, yeah the story can just nosedive into a spike trap for all I care. Edit: Now that I actually read the post. I’m not watching a stupid YouTube video on story. Sorry, no thanks. I’d prefer to play the story than to listen to some dude narrate the story. Also, really? You’re going to complain about “woke, liberal agenda”. That tells me all I need to know about you as a person so blocked.

4 RepliesTbh, I've always felt like content like this is symbolic of Destiny's not great storytelling. The idea that you have fans literally building careers largely out of retelling your story shows that the game itself doesn't really do a satisfactory job.

2 RepliesEdited by KannibalKlown: 9/7/2021 4:28:11 AMThere is a lot more lore to this game than people give credit. It’s not MassEffect sized but it’s up there. Unfortunately the story presented in the original game itself has rarely been deep. In destiny 1 it was largely vague and mostly “something strange is going on there, go check it out”. Destiny 2 upped the in game story quite a bit. Hell even though the seasons are largely “re run Battlegrounds or whatever” each week, the dialog you earn at the end of the week makes it worth it. But the background lore from dead ghosts and hive things and d2 achievements is a hell of an interested read at times. And there’s a lot of it.
