Ok so I know you don't get given a umbral engram on secondary characters, when you go to complete the "Decrypting the Darkness" quest. But I've decrypted 10 at the decoder and I still can't use the prismatic recaster. The quest is in my log and the icon to complete it is blinking at the decoder, but its not happening. I don't know if I'm missing something or if the season 15 update just bricked this quest line? Any help would be most excellent.
