I will reiterate what I've said before; that there is enough hype for upcoming events and content that they could probably weather it without much consequence.

Real talk man until "could" becomes "will" I put zero weight into the threat beyond the aforementioned -blam!- covering. Battle Eye won't launch with out it, battle Eye launches with it and doesn't complain about it.
