how do i change my cross save account
Hi can anyone help me out.
I have just bought a new pc and thinking of switching from my playstation to my pc however i accidently linked my cross save steam account to a steam account i no longer have access to is there anyway of changing this to my new steam account so i can have access toi my characters and the season pass which i bought on the playstation.

Hi there. You must be able to authenticate all linked accounts to manage Cross Save or unlink them from your profile. If you can't do so, you'll want to reach out to the platform support to see if you can gain access to that account. For security reasons, Bungie cannot remove them for you. Nope. To remove a account you need to deactivate cross save (with the 90 day cooldown period before you can reactivate it). You then need to be able to authenticate your account that you want to remove. As you can not access your old account you can not authenticate it. As the authentication system is there for security reasons Bungie will not remove it for you.
