As the title says. He is on PC, I am on Xbox One. He was able to send a friend request and I accepted it, but on his screen it says I am blocked and I can’t join his fire team. Please help.

Same for me as of 11/09/22 DD/MM/YY

20/10/21 still having this issue, my Xbox privacy settings are open and set to "Everyone" no idea what the issue is
-
1 ReplyI was able to resolve the issue by finding a link to a random article which linked to a random bungie tweet. Hope this helps anyone who is having the same issue. This is specific to Xbox from what I can tell. I had to do this from my account to my child’s account settings (under manage family). – Navigate to Settings > General – Online Safety & Family – Privacy & Online Safety – Xbox Privacy – View Details and Customize – Communication and Multiplayer – Set “You can join cross-network play” to “Allow” – Set “You can communicate outside of Xbox with voice & text” to “Everybody”

This is still happening as of 10/16/21. Has there been any word from Bungie on a fix?
-
I'm still currently having this problem. So I can only solo que in Trials right now. RIP. I hope it's fixed soon. I'd like to go flawless before reset if possible lol.

The same thing has happened to me (I play on Xbox) and it has made me not able to do anything that requires me to be in a fireteam with random people, so no prophecy, no raids, no high level nightfalls, and I have to random every time for crucible. I really hope that they find the issue and fix it because it is causing me to not play most of destiny 2.

Shutting it off and opening it again seems to do the trick for me.

Have the same issue here, it's there a solution?

Please help I can’t play with anyone it says blocked
-
My whole clan is blocked for some reason. Can't play with any of them.
-
I have now got this bug and am only able to join people on xbox is there any kind of fix or not?
-
Just got this issue today but apparently they said they fixed it in the TWAB under the UI/UX general section. “Fixed an issue where some Roster screens would not consistently indicate when you have blocked a player on your Bungie Friends list”. I exited destiny and then launched it again, seemed to have fixed the issue.

1 ReplyBump. I'm having this problem too. My friend is on Xbox and I am on PC (Steam) and from her POV I am blocked and she cannot join me or vice-versa. Nor can I join fireteams that she is apart of. However, I'm not on her blocked users list on bungie net.

I'm having the same issue we have tryed everything

1 ReplyDid you ever get this fixed?
-
My buddy is also having this issue. He is blocked from joining everyone though. Comment for bump.

4 RepliesI am trying to play with my son. I have a PS5 and he has an XBONE. It is saying on his screen that I am blocked as well. His settings have cross play turned on. He was so excited and now we can’t even play with each other. I can’t believe somebody from Bungie hasn’t provided a fix for this.

2 RepliesWhat does it show for your friend on the following settings page https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/BlockedUsers If your Bungie.Net name is listed, they should be able to click on the Unblock to remove you from their Block Users list.
