This is literally the same issue as windows 7,8 and 10. The error is the same thing but if it proceeds to work it gets this error screen.

I'm really not seeing the connection here, we are missing a file and the game won't load. Adding the file manually only gets you another Windows error. No one has reported being able to get in game with this specific issue and getting an ingame message. Even in your post at no point do you mention the one thing we all have in common with this issue, the missing dll. None of us have been able to load the game with this specific issue.

i get the missing file issue more often then the error connetion one i get when i port my game, the connection here is that the windows 7 issue when brought to windows 10 has 2 outcomes, the same error “missing file” and error connecting to server. I would only reply to this issue if i had run multiple trouble shoots which lead me to the conclusion that it is the same issue. I copied my files onto a windows 7 pc and gave me the missing file error
