Decrypting the Darkness Quest bug
Now that there is a cap to tier 3 focus engrams this problem needs to be fixed. my main character who I have played through each season is fine, however my two other characters whom I have not played any season other than this one, cannot use the recaster to focus engrams. Both characters have a quest from each season to unlock the engram recaster, which also opens up the season to that charcater, but when they open the decoder it does not progress any of the quests. Both characters have had umbrals dropping and I have been decrypting them, but they cannot focus or play certain seasonal activities such as battlegrounds because I do not have my legacy hammer unlocked because its after decrypting the darkness quest.
