Can no longer enter Shattered realm- debris of dreams

Hi, yesterday i was doing the dungeon shattered realm and completed the weekly mission, today for some reason its saying i need quest progression? does anyone know why this would be, im assuming my games bugged? Thankyou Michael

I think you need to first do the season event, Astral alignment to unlock it for the week.
