In some cases yes, in some cases no. Everyone has their own take on this and some understand the issue better than others. Lack of ability to contact the people most responsible for situations like this is actually a part of a larger overarching problem and that is why I have a poll over in the "Companion" section talking about that very issue, since apparently everything about the forums and site get lumped into that section.

No one is yelling at the mods, we're yelling at the company. Tho when the mods kept closing the threads it certainly wasn't appreciated.
