So I'm not a pvp fan, but from a pve side of course hunter refresh rate is faster. The banner shield and rift last longer. Set up correctly you can drop them as soon as they are finished. The dodge is one and done. Until refilled. Not everything revolves around pvp. On a side note can't wait to see how streamers handle carries and such, from here on forward.
