I didn't play my titan in season of the splicer or chosen, and now I have a quest called "Legacy: Path of the Splicer 1" that says to go to the umbral decoder to collect the decrypting the darkness quest, which isn't there. This means I can't use the prismatic recaster to focus umbrals and I have these quests clogging up my quest tab. Also can't access the war table, which I suspect is related to this issue. I checked the quest archive and there is nothing there, and tried obtaining an umbral from patrol and decoding it to see if that would progress it but no luck. It appears I am completely stuck with this issue, and can't abandon the quests. Any help would be massively appreciated!
