best bows to grind for?
where can i find the best kinetic bows at?

There are only 2 that you can grind but i dont recommend using kinetic bows for champion content.

1 ReplySince most people favor the higher impact model of bows, I'll start there. Your only 2 options here for Kinetic are Biting Winds from one of the Empire Hunts, or the Garden of Salvation bow I believe is also a Kinetic bow in the archetype. For lower impact, you only have Whispering Slab. Thankfully it rolls good perks. You can also use Wish Ender, although most people use it with Oathkeepers so they can hold the Truesight without interruption.

Trinity Ghoul has been my favorite so far. Shoots 3 arrows, and if you hit a precision shot, they become electrified - which 9/10 kills grunts/rank-and-file enemies in troves. I've used it for awhile, and almost felt guilty for it since it slaughtered enemies. I averaged about 160-180 kills in Nightfall, with my cap being over 200 - and that was almost entirely using Trinity Ghoul. [i][b]EXCEPT...[/b][/i] Apparently, after 3.3.0 it seems like they nerfed it without mentioning it in the notes. (Albeit, there were a lot more changes than those made in the notes.) That is to say, at least in some game modes. Open world and in strikes it works fine, but in competitive - it's nerfed entirely. My reasoning; I could do 228 damage per arrow on a Cabal Legionary in Gambit before 3.3.0. Now, on that "same" Cabal Legionary in Gambit, I do 71 damage. Yeah, it's still nice because if I do land a final precision blow with it I can still shoot the ground to kill enemies, but having to shoot a Cabal Legionary 3 times in the head to accomplish that is excessive - since it only took 1 shot before.

I'd go for the bow in the Garden of Salvation raid. I believe its name is Accrued Redemption. For clarity because a lot of people aren't abiding your restrictions, this bow is kinetic.

well half of the bows have been sunset and bungie won’t bring them back (thanks for that bungo), so farming biting winds off the empire hunts on europa is your best bet for a kinetic. for an energy, hands down the best bow rn thats legendary is the new season’s wolftone draw. that thing rolls with disgusting perks relative to other bows.

It’s not kinetic but I use a Arsenic Bite with Dragonfly and Archers Tempo. It’s basically a legendary version of the Trinity Ghoul with a better draw time and it lets me use the Witherhoard as well. It helped me solo flawless the Prophecy dungeon for the first time and bagged me the My Bowfriend’s Back meddle in PVP after trying and not succeeding with the Le Monarque for a day. Unfortunately it’s not really grindable because it’s just a random drop but keep a eye out for it.

One of the Empire Hunts rewards a bow called Biting Winds. I think that might be the only kinetic bow you can grind for atm.

It's not kinetic, but if you need a bow for Overload Champions, especially for solo content, Le Monarque is easily one of the best options.

Best Kinetic Bow right now is Biting Winds on Europa. Pick up a bounty for it from Variks, should say something about hunting the Dark Priestess. It will tell you to do some random objective, go free a skiff, and then do the Empire Hunt. Definitely recommend waiting for Dark Priestess to be the playlist Empire Hunt so you can do it with matchmaking Recommend rolls: Elastic String and Draw Time Masterwork for fastest Draw Speed. Arrow doesn't matter much, but the max Accuracy or increased Reload ones are best. Hard to go wrong with your first trait slot, just avoid No Distractions, I prefer Moving Target. Trait 2 go for either Explosive Head for a permanent small damage increase or Swashbuckler for a large damage increase on kills/melee kills Hope this helps anyone hunting for a good bow!

Garden of salvation. It can drop with archers tempo and rapid hit. Its really fast.

Don't listen to the idiot haters. Bows do WAY better at clearing rank and file than hand cannons and scouts because they have way higher precision damage. For kinetic Accrued Redemption is probably the best, but it does come from Garden of Salvation, but if you dont wanna raid then Biting Winds is farmable and does just fine. For energy the biggest contenders are solar Tyranny of Heaven from the Last Wish raid, arc Wolftone Draw from this season, and void Imperial Needle from Season of the Chosen. All very good bows.

Biting Winds and Accrued Redemption are p good kinetics. Gotta raid for Redemption. Biting Winds is an easy farm though.

Most reliable to farm is the one from Europa. Only other kinetic bows are rng and one of them is from Garden.

For PvP, the Europa one from Variks is pretty good. It can roll with swashbuckler and when you get a melee kill the bow will be able to one shot to the head in crucible

Garden of salvation has a nice bow other than that most kinetic bows aren't all that in my opinion. Think we have a bow shortage lol
