In my last two clears of VoG at least one (1) guardian has been unable to enter the vault after completing the plate encounter. An invisible wall seems to be keeping players out of that area of the raid forcing the player to quit and rejoin and miss that chest at the Vault entrance and the second one between the first and second encounter. This happened to a fireteam member on my first VoG clear this week (On my Hunter) and it then happened to ME on my Warlock - making me miss two chests in the raid. As someone working on saving up Spoils of Conquest this is a pretty big deal and I'm sure it's negatively impacted other players. Doubt I'll get compensation for the lost Spoils but a fix to this glitch would eb massively appreciated. Extra information that may be useful is that it seems to randomly select the player the game blocks from entering, there's no physical indication of a blockage or a wall of sorts AND both fireteams for my VoG clears had also encountered the glitch.
